New Meeting Format

Thank you all so much for your candid advice last night on how to
improve us as an organization and the direct that we are going. We
know that change will be a bit rocky, but I think that it will serve
us well in the end.

For the upcoming meetings we are going to try a bit of a different
format. We will still start out with a guest speaker and then "Know
your Democrat." We will continue to introduce the presidential
candidates, and after that will move on to other Democrats across the
state and the country.

We will proceed with our agenda as usual, however, we are hoping to
find 'pet' projects for thoes interested. It is important for everyone
to be included in our meetings and happenings. If you have a passion
you would like to bring to the group, please let us know and we'll
make it a part of our meetings.

Afterwards we will open the floor for discussion about any topic that
is hot in the news or on the forefront of our minds!

Hopefully this will improve our meetings and strenthen us as a group.
