If your Task 3 submission failed because of a model card error, try converting all Boolean answers in the model card (true, false) to strings ("true" and "false"), and then resubmit.
This worked for me. Interestingly, Boolean answers in the Task 2 model card did not trigger an error, but the same format caused an error in Task 3.
