The efficiency task page http://statmt.org/wmt21/efficiency-task.html has been updated to confirm previously tentative plans. The GPU is one A100 from Oracle Cloud BM.GPU4.8 and the CPU is an Ice Lake via Oracle Cloud BM.Optimized3.36. Microsoft is contributing human evaluation of translation quality.
