New sacreBLEU 2.0.0 is in the testing PyPI

Hello everybody,

We've just pushed the new version of sacreBLEU to testing PyPI repository. Any feedback and testing would be very welcome especially for the new statistical significance testing features. You will also notice that the tool by default produces a well structured JSON output instead of the old one-liner text output. You can still obtain that behavior by passing `-f text` or exporting SACREBLEU_FORMAT=text into your environment. Please check the README for more information and examples.

You can install this version by removing your current sacreBLEU installation and running the following command:

pip install -i https://test.pypi.org/simple/ sacrebleu
