Open source crowdsourcing tool - in Ruby

I'm one of those lurkers who never quite makes a meeting - hoping the summer will be quiet enough that I can do so.

In the meantime, I thought I should mention that the code behind Help Me Investigate (a tool for crowdsourcing investigative journalism) is now available on GitHub at https://github.com/helpmeinvestigate/help_me_investigate
