• Evaluated clusters and provided best practice recommendations.
• Required performance and forecast reports ensuring infrastructure capacity.
• Managed Apache Cassandra clusters optimizing performance and reliability.
• Conducted data recovery and incremental backups ensuring data integrity.
• Tuned Cassandra for optimal performance supporting 24x7 operations.
• Utilized Ansible scripts to automate the setup and maintenance of Cassandra clusters ensuring efficient and repeatable processes.
• Hands-on experience handling operational tasks of Databases such as Couchbase, Cassandra, postgres database upgrade/downgrade, capacity expansion, backup and recovery, performance tuning Good to have experience on Automation experience using Ansible for Infrastructure use cases like Upgrade, Patching,etc
• Experience in coordinating with multiple development, infrastructure, framework, and production support teams.
