Position          : Nortel Engineer

Location: Omaha, NE (onsite)

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Description –

 

• Strong experience in handling Nortel Products including CS1000, 11C, 81C,Etc.,
• Strong knowledge on Nortel Symposium system
• Work experience in working on MDFs
• Strong experience in working on ACDs and call routing
• Work experience in application builder.
• Strong knowledge on T1/E1 PRI trunks and protocols.
• Strong knowledge in call pilot.
• Work experience in working with All model of Analog, Digital and IP Phones of Nortel.
• Strong experience in working with Telecom providers and activating circuits and decommission of circuits.
• Work experience with Cisco call manager and Cisco phones.
• Excellent communication skill to work with end users and get their requirements and resolve their queries.
• Hands on experience in working on ticketing tools such as Service Manager.
