Job Summary
The Track Lead in Support & Operations is responsible for managing and enhancing operational systems while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective leadership and communication. The Track Lead plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-quality support aligned with client expectations. (1.) Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Operational Systems Using Kubernetes And Ansible To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow, Optimizing Business Processes And Supporting Organizational Planning.
• Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Azure Cloud And Redhat Technologies.
• Lead And Mentor The Project Team In Utilizing Redhat Cluster And Kubernetes, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Promoting A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
• Drive Innovation In Process Development By Implementing Best Practices In Container Management And Orchestration, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress.
• Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Leveraging Kubernetes And Ansible To Achieve Desired Business Outcomes Within The Operational Environment.

 

Skill Requirements

• Strong Proficiency In Kubernetes And Containers

• Solid Understanding Of Ansible For Automation
• Experience With Redhat Linux And Redhat Cluster Management
• Familiarity With Azure Cloud Services And Solutions
• Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills
