mpd plugin with c bindings

Hi,

I'm currently working on a version of the mpd plugin that
directly invoces methods from libmpd instead of calling
mpdclient. another advantage should be, that the c part can react
on events from libmpd, so that we dont have to poll mpd.

I have attached the current developing state and it would be
nice, if I could get some feedback how to improve the
implementation.
