Aux 1 and 2 not working in studio A

Hi,

Aux 1 and 2 are not working in Studio A. On the board, it says used EW (elsewhere) for both inputs, and playing music through them does nothing. I tried to switch the source and switch it back but it does nothing. Pls help!

Hi Chloe,

Sometimes the sources and general output aren’t put on the right program and that might be the issue. Check the buttons near the nob on the top of the sources to make sure they are all set to program 1 and similarly check the buttons near the monitor nob on the right side of the board to make sure it’s set to program 1 as well.

If that’s not the issue, then you may have to broadcast from studio C today.

Everything in studio A looks like it's on Program 1, so idk what is going on... Studio C is working fine so I am here :)

All 4? Mics 2 and 3 are plugged into the same node as Aux 2, so if the mics were working I’m not sure what could be wrong with the auxes 🤔
