Esteemed WMFO Alumni –
Greetings from Curtis Hall! The leaves are orange, the air is crisp,
new and old DJs are settling in behind the board… it’s the start of
October and a new semester is upon us, in full swing.
Which brings us to the point of this email. Though we’re only a month
into the school year, we’ve been doing some really fun things here at
‘MFO, and we want to show them off. This Saturday, we’re opening our
doors to our alumni from 10 am to 12 pm on for a special Homecoming
Open House studio tour. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to check
out the new equipment, meet some current/former station members, and
revisit the excellent space that is WMFO headquarters.
Just come to the third floor of Curtis Hall, October 1, between 10am –
noon, if you feel like visiting. We’d love to see you there for a
little freeform nostalgia.
