[Mediawiki-l] Receiving an email when new discussion entry has been made?

Is it possible to receive an email, when someone makes a comment on a
discussion page in my Wiki? So I'd like to get informed.

The page I linked shows how to make it only apply to talk pages. Is
that insufficient for your purposes?
