Hi!

AFAIK, cycling over windows in WindowMaker (Alt+Tab) only cycles over the windows in the current workspace. Is there a way to cycle over all the windows, independently of the workspace?

I have been checking the FAQ and googling around but I have not manage to find any meaningful info about this.

Thanks!

In Keyboard Shortcut Preferences menu, you will find "Open window list menu" action, mapped to F11 by default. Not the same as Alt+Tab, but gets the job done.

while Jan's suggestion does work (and I use F11 as well, specially when I want to shut down/reboot the computer) what I do is to assign hotkeys to each workspace, from Alt-1 to Alt-0 since I normally use 5 of them,  and sometimes up to 10 when I need to open (tail -f) log files from different servers.
