Hardcoded Control+Wheel to resize windows?

Greetings,

WindowMaker is great!

Although I could change the default Mod1 (Alt) key to drag windows to
Mod4 (Super), I could not change that configuration for the "resize
window" command.

Some applications in which I use Control+MouseWheel presented, then, the
weird behaviour of resizing the window while I was just zooming.

Actually, it would be nice if the key set to drag windows be the same as
the one to resize. Is this possible and easy to do?
