Wmacpi : scroll message stuck.

Hello, I'm using wmacpi v2.4 and I found issue on "scrolling message". The scrolling message seems stuck.

As you can see on attached image, the scrolling message only appear as "|" and will stuck like that. I don't disable the scrolling via "-r" / "--no-scroll" option ! 

I also have verbose output If it's needed. Thanks.

My distro information is :

- LFS / Linux From Scratch.

- wmacpi v2.4.

- libdockapp v0.7.3

- kernel 6.19.9 with ACPI 20250807 version.

It's working for me on whatever I throw wmacpi at. You can try with
strace to see what potentially is blocking it. My wild guess is
missing feature in the kernel, wrong permissions or missing file.

I have a strace, you may want to check it.

I generate it using "strace -o strace.txt ./wmacpi-2.4/wmacpi -V 3" command.
