wmaker make dist in git broken, missing wmiv.hi

afaict since 7e217857108a34c9ddfd6ed2ac60af58b6268615 make dist
currently fails with

make[4]: Entering directory '/tmp/WMAKER/wmaker.git/util'
make[4]: *** No rule to make target 'wmiv.hi', needed by 'distdir-am'. Stop.

This is just a small typo in the makefile (looks like the typical vi thing).

Considering the commit is not that old, I am wondering if Carlos would prefer a fixup, or a new patch.

There have been many patches applied since then, so imho it will need to
separate commit.
