dictionary won't close

Hi,

In Windows 7, HomePremium, Service Pack 1, the dictionary works fine
until you want
to close it, it says, "Unhandled exception..blah blah blah...
C\Program Files (x86)\ DATA\resources.txt' is denied...

It won't close after that, just keeps repeating that error message.
