Dictionary not working at all

Hi!

I've received the email with the link, and I've installed the program
on my computer. I have also downloaded the dictionary files. Problem
is that it doesn't work. I'm not that awesome with computers, so I
haven't got a clue what to do.
When I open the program, and then try to close it, an error message
occurs: "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.....
Acces to the path C:/Program Files/WMDICT2/DATA/resources.txt is
denied.
Is this the problem, if so, how to I fix it? Also, where should the
dictionary files be put?

Yes, sometimes this problem does occur. The solution we found is
this:

1) In the directory where you copied your data files, you may see a
file called resources.txt

2) If it is there, delete it.

3) Irregardless if the file exists or not, open Notepad and save a
file into the same directory called resources.txt. The file should be
blank or even could have a space in it.

Basically sometimes windows is preventing the program from writing to
this file. If you make it yourself, then the file has the permissions
to be written too.
