Just got this gigantic 4.3" screen, touch screen, WM6.5 English
version but with built-in Chinese writing capability.

Installed succesfully WM-Dict 2.0 and copied the 3 unzipped files all
into my storage card. Program starts but upon entering a word in
English or Chinese, nothing shows. Somehow it seems there's no
dictionary installed even though the dictionary files are in the DATA
directory. I even tried installing the Chinese font installer
provided by VM-Dict site, but to no avail.

Have I missed something? The 3 unzipped files seem large enough & were
copied to the correct directory in the storage card.

This new HTC HD2 is one of the few that can write & show Chinese in an
English version WM6.5. Has anyone installed VM-Dict 2.0 successfully
on this model?

Any comments welcomed.

Thanks for the thorough report. We have not tested a WM 6.5 device as
of yet. Please check something: Go into the references section under
settings and verify that the dictionaries show up in the listing and
that they are checked.

Then report back if you dont mind,

Hi

You're right. I didn't see Select & Unselect in Resources tab. I may
have set the fonts too large and didn't scroll left to right to see
these 2 choices. After selecting all 3 language boxes, the
dictionaries show up. Don't even need to install the Chinese language
font. Working fine now with WM6.5. Thanks.
