We do have the ability to create new dictionaries, and this is
something we are interested in doing. However, because of copyright
and usage laws, we have to be very careful to only convert
dictionaries we have permission to convert.
I looked at the website, but oouldn't see (in english) any dictionary
files to download and of course also I need to see if we can legally
re-use the dictionary data. Please provide us with two things:
1. Permission to use the dictionary in our program (in english)
2. A link where we can download the data.
