Dear ones,
This evening at 5.30pm, a powerful bomb with more then 1000 kilos of explosives,blasted in Hazara Shia community, instantly killing 85, injuring 250,
Three weeks ago in same community more then 100 young people were blasted by a remote bomb. For four days the families sat on the streets along with the bodies in-below 0 temptation with old winds, finally when Govt changed the chief minister ,they buried their loved ones .

It is no more bearable to see all this as we work there.

Dear Joyce, dear WLW graduates,

I have been thinking a lot about all of you, especially you and our other graduates in Africa, Nepal or Pakistan. Because of the challenges with reliable Internet connection, it makes it a lot harder to stay connected. Please know that we are researching other options than Linqto to communicate with you. For now though, this is the best tool we have.
As Carol says, we are one~ we are united in our desire to bring change to our communities. We belong to each other, our voices unite, and we stand together. You will always be a part of the GWLN family, and as such, there will always be a way to reach out, connect, and find support. We are here for you whenever you need us. That is promise to all of you in the WLW July class.
We will continue with the monthly virtual meetings, and maybe we can try other platforms to see if they are easier to access.

I look forward to seeing all of your wonderful faces at the Graduation call this coming Saturday. Please try and attend if you can. It will be a true celebration if we can all be together for this accomplishment.
