How many times have you told yourself that you really "should have"
exercised today. I shouldn't have had that chocolate. Should is a
word that comes along with a lot of guilt. Instead start using the
word "choice."

I am choosing not to exercise today because I will have more time
tomorrow. I am choosing not to eat that piece of chocolate because I
know that it goes against what I am trying to accomplish.

Substitute "choice" for "should" today and see how much difference a
word makes.
