One of the great things about the first or the beginning of something
is that you can use that as a "start over" point. It is the start of
July and the Holiday weekend is over. Now is the time to start
planning for the the month. How are you going to spend it? Do you
have to family get togethers that make it hard for you to stay on
track? Start planning now how you are going to handle those more
difficult situations.

What about exercise? How much have you been doing lately? Did you
get that inexpensive pedometer that we talked about early on? Try and
get at least 8,000 to 10,000 steps in each day. How? Park farther
away from the door. Take the stairs. Take a walk on your break at
work. Plan ahead and have a great month.

If you like, you can subscribe to WLS Support Group by emailing me
back and I will put you on the list! Studies show that the more
support you have either face to face or virtually, the better you are
going to do!
