Guys -

We need to meet this week especially Sam and Ali. Kara and KC I'd like to meet tomorrow night with everyone so that we can discuss the turnout of tomorrow's tea as well...how is tomorrow night looking for everyone?

tomorrow is going to be really hard for me, its muffins birthday so i have to go out to dinner at 7 and meet to finish a  physics pset. can i give you an update at practice?

erg not the best...how about tonight for ali and sam? would you guys be able to meet for 30 minutes at some point tonight?

KC and Kara, we could the communicate via email about the event turnout and we will reconvene the following week.

However, to avoid this again I think we need to set a meeting time in stone...lets say wednesday nights at 8?

For usual meetings Thursday night would work better for me...

Hanna, I just want to make sure we're good on Mather since that's where I told Humaira to come. Let's keep up the pub-ing, I've gotten 4 RSVPs, so if we could get about 8 more people that would be great!!

Mather is a go...its booked on the Calendar from 4-5 on Feb 25 in the small dining hall, I checked again last night to make sure but I will check again tonight.

Where did you decide to get food? I have one possible RSVP but I will keep spamming.

Hi Hanna, 

Sounds good. I have 4 RSVPs but have been spamming and doing my best to get the word out and reach out to specific people. I think we just need to go heavy tonight and it should turn out ok!

I think Mather should be fine - I just hope it's not raining and Humaira can find us! She has my cell number if she has any trouble. KC was gonna get the food - I think ABP or Sweet. Also, she I'm gonna see if she requested the hot water, because we def want that!

Thursday is fine, I just have a meeting from 5:30-6:30, and dinner at some point would be good. Meeting at 7 sounds fine!
