which is the best browser to preview

It would be great if I could find a browser that does a better job of emulating the output. It would save me a lot of time.

I personally have Firefox, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Mercury, Thorium, Basilisk, Iron, Librewolf, Palemoon. None of these exactly match the output in some specific cases.

Question:

Is there a browser out there somewhere that is based on the exact same html engine?

Opera 18 is the answer, which, if anyone is interested, can easily be found on the opera website under archives.Opera 18 gives exactly the same rendering. an older version of otter browser is a close second.
