I am doing this from command line with below command.

<path to wkhtmltopdf> --load-error-handling skip <path to content html> --header-html <path to header html>  --footer-html  <path to footer html>

c:\\Program^ Files\\wkhtmltopdf\\bin\\wkhtmltopdf --load-error-handling skip  C:\Users\aveerelli\Downloads\output.html  --header-html C:\Users\aveerelli\Downloads\outputheader.html --footer-html C:\Users\aveerelli\Downloads\outputfooter.html C:\Users\aveerelli\Downloads\resultpdf.pdf
