to wkhtmltopdf General

I am trying to convert .msg file to pdf but while running the main class , I get error as

Cannot run program "wkhtmltopdf": CreateProcess error=2

How to set path for wkhtmltopdf on Windows.

I am using the external jar emailconverter-2.5.3-all.
