OSError: wkhtmltopdf reported an error: Exit with code 1 due to network error: ProtocolUnknownError

Hi! i use flask on PyCharm and i have this issue i tried everything i can but didn't find any solution to make it work!

So, i wrote a wkhtmltopdf in python (main.py) which generates data from a html code so i can have a pdf page with a simple click on "submit" button. But unfortunately i always receive this error!! 

Please i need help!

(i used a simple code html&css to render )
