div over single one page

I'm trying to create simple pdf height 10.93 inches and width 7.5 inches.
I want to have only one div that will be as the same size as the page.
No matter How I try, the div continue be smaller than pdf size. no margin no padding. What have I forgot?

have you provided width height in style of div?
