Debian 10 error while loading shared libraries: libpng12

to wkhtmltopdf General
The server has been upgraded from Debian 8 to Debian 10 and now the wkhtmltopdf gives this error:
"error while loading shared libraries: libpng12.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
On Debian 10 is not possibile to install libpng12, so the installed version is libpng16.
How can I make wkhtmltopdf use version 16?

The new versions of
wkhtmltopdf will they work with library libpng16 ?
