wkhtmltopdf blank page from file

Hello Everyone,

I'm having a very strange issue on my debian docker with wkhtmltopdf.

If I try to render and html page serverd by localhost everything is ok.
But if I try to render the same pdf directly from file I obtain an empty
pdf.

`wkhtmltopdf http://localhost/path /path/test.pdf` -> working

`wkhtmltopdf /path/file.html /path/test.pdf` -> blanck pdf

both url and file path are correct, and I've already tried:

- disabled SeLinux

- changed file right to 777

- executing as root

- removed anything from html file but a simple text

Now I'm trying combinations of page options but I really appreciate help.
