Installation issue on Amazon Linux 2023

Hi,

I have followed below steps:

1. dnf localinstall -y https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/packaging/releases/download/0.12.6-1/wkhtmltox-0.12.6-1.amazonlinux2.x86_64.rpm

2. sudo yum install libpng15 -y

3. /usr/local/bin/wkhtmltopdf https://www.google.com google.pdf
/usr/local/bin/wkhtmltopdf: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Could you please share the full steps to install it on Amazon Linux 2023
