problems with htmlpage conversion.

I apologize if the problem has been resolved, but I have not find the answer.
When I convert this page, (but not only this, obviously) In the pdf doc I don't see the images.
Can someone help me? thank you.
I am Working with whhtmltopdf 0.12.0.0
this is the command line:

My os is WIN7

A suspect: when I Tried to add the source page, I received the message "some images are locked to avoid identification ....". Is this the problem?
how can I solve this?
