Trying to add borders

I have a big html file. When I tried to convert HTML to pdf format using wkhtmltopdf, I wanted to add borders in every page.

Simultaneously, I was trying to add two HTML pages in one pdf page and in each pdf page, we have to have two borders containing each html page.

Please let me know that whether it is possible with wkhtmltopdf or not. If yes, then where to add in the code so that whenever someone will try to add border, it can come accordingly.
