which version of Qt is linked to wkhtmltopdf?

Until version 4.4 Qt was licensend under GPL or proprietary license. With version 4.5 it was released under LGPL. According to the page of wkhtmltopdf I assumed, that version 4.4 is used. If that version is used, wkhtmltopdf would also be under GPL and not LGPL. If version 4.5 is used, then LGPL applies.
