sage thrasher?

I believe there was a sage thrasher on our grassy beach west of Kokanee Creek Park today. This morning we got a good look at him/her, and this afternoon a rather poor distant picture. Sure acted like a thrasher, walking around and catching grasshoppers. Never saw him/her fly though.
