Sunspots

Hi All:

Again, my sky is cloudy with rain predicted for the next two days. So, once more I cannot observe our active Sun. Today, those 5 active regions contain 74 sunspots ( yesterday it was 47). Region 2887 alone contains 44, which released a X1 solar flare yesterday. Expect a potent G3 geomagnetic storm over the weekend.
