Notification viewed event not working

Hi team,

I had sent a wiz-rocket notification yesterday, the dashboard shows that it has been viewed by 107 people (Please find the attachment)  and when I wanted to send a notification today to only those who had opened the notification yesterday (i.e 107 users), the notification viewed event on the dashboard shows only 0 users as the estimated reach(Please find the attachment).

Hi Ravi,

Select the "UTM Visited" event instead of the "Notification Viewed" event. 

Here's an explanation for the Events tracked automatically - from here: http://support.wizrocket.com/recording-events/

  • UTM Visited – this event records user visits from external 3rd party sites. For this event to be recorded, you'll need to tag your URLs in your emails, newsletters, ad banners, etc. with UTM parameters. This event can be used to find out users coming in via a certain referrer, source, medium or campaign name. UTM Visited is also recorded when a clicks on a push notification or email notification sent out using WizRocket.
  • Notification Viewed – this event is recorded when a user views an email notification, or an in-app notification sent out using WizRocket.
