Hello: I saved a bookmark in the cohorts - but after saving it I can't find where it is :( ..Am I missing something?

Dear WizRocket Team,

 

We recently integrated Wizrocket in to our app (englishdost) and are seeing some data issues. 

New Users in the Wizrocket dashboard is ~60% of Google Analytics for the version which we have integrated Wizrocket in. Can you help us understand the the issue may be?

Also, in our dashboard the daily paying users is equal to the daily active users even though we don't have any paid offerings right now.

Hi Ram,

Can you send me a screenshot of the numbers (GA vs. CleverTap) on jay(at)clevertap(dot)com starting from the date on which the CleverTap SDK went live.

Daily Paying Users is the number of users performing the 'Conversion Event'. In most cases, the 'Conversion Event' is when someone 'Charges', although in your case the conversion event is set to 'App Launched'. Idea of the Conversion event is to be able to track a significant event on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

I've replied to you privately on email for data privacy.

For a record here:

The correct way to see new users would be as follows

User Actions > 13th - 16th Sept > App Launched > Filter by Properties > First Time > Yes. It returns a number close to GA.

The drop off is significant from App Launched First Time (New Users) to Last Swipe; You can check this as follows:

Funnels > 13th-16th > Step 1: App Launched (first Time) > Step 2: Last Swipe. The numbers vary by a lot.

The difference (GA New Users - CleverTap New Users) is because we're reporting only uniques launches. Let's have a call if you'd still like to clarify.
