Hi,
I have a web app, which is sort of a coupon pop up app which users install on a store, and in store the app appears basically to thousands of their users. I'm only interested in what my actual user does - so basically I want to know how many times the pop up was loaded, and I want to count it per store, not per website visitor .
I added identity details for the store such as unique ID and email, on every user interaction (meaning if 10 different people enter a store which has my pop up app, I will send the same ID for every instance) but I still get users which are considered anonymous even though the profile event is sent with an identity.
What would be the best way to do this? (Hope I explained this clearly enough..)

Thanks!

Hi,
You can tag all your stores with the same identity.. Maybe you have some internal identity you can push that to us. But for each unique user a user profile will be generated and they will get merged since they have the same identity.
User's for whom your pop-up didn't show and you didn't push the profile will be treated as anonymous.

What you could do alternatively is push an event each time the pop-up shows or the user clicks.. That will report those counts correctly.
