iOS Error : failed to connect to the apple push gateway

I have added the .p12 file in the dashboard-> settings but still while i sent push notifications nothing happens.
When i try to Send test notification , it show error , cant connect to apple push gateway.
Screen shot attached of the same.

Im using development push notification certificates...i tried in normal and demo mode.

Hi,

Perhaps your user push tokens are the Production ones, while you've uploaded your app's Development (rather than Production) certificate. (See user push token values by opening any user profile and clicking on the token icon next to the green bell).

A token is always different for the development and production builds of the same app on iOS. Hope this helps.

Then is there any option to reset the data collected or delete an user profile from dsahboard?
