I added the javascript code in head section. After that, i have added a web notification in footer for Stayed occurrence greater than 1. but am not getting the notification in the website. Do i have to enable any other settings to see the notification in the web site.

Stayed event occurs only when someone stays on the website for more than 2 mins or clicks on more than two links. 

For the Web notification to pop-up immediately, you can set it to all the people who DIDN'T Stayed without any delay.
