Can I see the list of users who have performed a certain event? If yes, how?

For example, if I wish to see the email IDs of the users who have uninstalled the app in the past 60 days, is there anyway to do that. All I see are 8-10. How can I see the entire list?

Hi Karishma,

If you would like to view the email IDs of the users who have uninstalled the app in the past 60 days, you can do so via a specific Server API request. Please let me know if you have any questions on how to do this.

Otherwise, for a much simpler way to reach out to all the users who have uninstalled your app in the past 60 days:

Dashboard --> "Messaging" --> "Find People" --> "By behavior"

Then fill as follows:

"Users who in the past 60 days"

"Did:" Choose "App Uninstalled" from the dropdown menu

Then click "View Details". Once results for the above query are available, scroll down and go to "Reachability". Within that box, go to "Email" and click on "Send email".

I followed the steps you had provided. In that case, I can contact the people who have uninstalled the app in the past 60 days, however, I still cannot access the email IDs of all of them. Is that right or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Karishma,

That's right. Unless you send a Server API request to get a list of user details of such users, you can't actually view the email IDs of these users; you can only contact them.
