Where does bug reporting go?  Here?  In that case, I just updated to Wizard 2 and purchased the year subscription.  I did a possibly ridiculous thing, but I imported a very large SAS file 73 cols by 14M rows.  I have done this before in Wizard 1 without problems (it's slow loading but usable after the file is loaded). I am running on an iMac Pro with plenty of resources (32GB of Memory).  Wizard 2 is unusable.  It loads the file but I get a beachball constantly.  A bigger problem is that when I force quit the application and re-opened Wizard 2 it started right where it left off with the file, again with constant beachballs so that I couldn't access the menus.  It seems to be working on something but I couldn't tell because the screen didn't change.  When you quit the application after a normal quit or (especially) after a force quit, the application should restart fresh - without the file or process that caused the hang.  Now, I can't get out of this as every time I force quit and then reopen I am back where I left off.  How do I escape this circle of doom?

Hi, here is just fine or you can email me directly.

If there's a noticeable performance regression with Wizard 2 I will want to look into it. Most commonly beach balls occur with a large number of categories present. This number should be limited to 150 when importing a file, but possibly something else is gumming up the works. If you can send me a link to the file off-list, I will take a look at it ASAP.

As for the "circle of doom" - you can either hold Shift while opening Wizard 2, or check the "Close windows when quitting an app" box in System Preferences > General. This will prevent the problematic document from being automatically reopened when you start the app. (Autosave and document restoration are new features in Wizard 2.)

Hope that helps

Evan
