Localization of Witty Twitter

Hi.
I'm enjoying this cool program and interested in localization, in
other words translation of messages.

I surveyed source code and
found that we need to consider about structure for thema when we
implement localization.

As you konw, utilization of resource is the standard to implement
localization.
I read souce code and found Witty Twitter code seems using resource to
implement thema and
convinced that good design is needed between thema and localization.

I hope opinion of others.
