Auto-start / ClickOnce problem on Vista

We've got a nice patch to run Witty on startup:

Unfortunately, it seems like Vista blocks ClickOnce apps from running
at startup. It's possible that we can get around this if the
application is signed: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/322898/net-clickonce-and-vista-start-up.
