I submitted my patch for the combined timeline (displaying replies and
direct messages inline in the main timeline display). In each skin I
defined two new styles, one for replies and one for direct messages.
However, I have no particular graphic design skill, so if anyone more
design-y wants to have a go at improving the look, please do.
Currently the styles are sort of yellow-ish gradients.
