Problems in downloading data on Ethiopia: Job aborted

I'm trying to download data on tariffs from the BULK Download (TRAINS) of Ethiopia for the years 1994,1999, 2005 and 2013.

However, after having customized my query, the system says 'Job aborted'. Why that?

If I try with other countries the download proceeds normally.
