SMART simulation query aborted

After I have imported my csv file, I click Process. But it appeared that "SMART simulation aborted. Contact WITS administrators."

Anyone can help me fix this problem? Thanks a lot

Same issue here. First I tried the space delimited file (prn), and it didn't work ("Unhandled exception has occurred in your application..."), then, I tried the csv, exactly as the template, and I got the message mentioned above (SMART simulation aborted. Contact WITS administrators), any suggestion, is there an updated step by step manual on how to populate the template?
