HS4 to ISIC rev. 3 concordance/conversion table

First off, thanks anyone who is willing to give me feedback on my following issue.

I want to aggregate tariff and trade data in the H4 system up to the ISIC rev. 3 system. However there is no H4 to ISIC rev. 3 concordance table via WITS (http://wits.worldbank.org/product_concordance.html). Anyone have an idea on how H4 relates to ISIC rev. 3? Or how H4 relates to H3, which I could then convert to ISIC rev. 3 using the concordance table via WITS?
